We started She Ain’t Shit because men have been dragged for years, publicly and unapologetically —
while women are often given grace, excuses, and passes for the same behavior.

There’s endless conversation about:

• bad men

• absent fathers

• toxic partners

But not enough honest talk about:

• bad friends

• bad aunties

• emotionally absent mothers

• women who compete instead of support

• women who enable dysfunction and call it “love”

• women who demand standards they don’t live by

This podcast isn’t about bashing women.
It’s about accountability.

We created this space to say:
👉🏽 If we want better relationships, better families, and better communities, we have to be honest about our role in them.

Grace is important — but so is truth.
Healing doesn’t happen without accountability.
And accountability doesn’t mean hate.

Sometimes growth starts with admitting:
She ain’t shit… yet.

And that’s okay — because awareness is the first step to doing better.
